雷公藤化学成分的研究

Chemical Constituents of Triptergyium wilfordii Hook. f.

通过三相萃取的方法得到雷公藤的浸膏，经硅胶柱色谱分离得到9个化合物，通过波谱分析方法鉴定其分别为：雷酚萜（triptonoterpene1），雷酚萜甲醚（triptonoterpenemethylester2），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol3），雷酚内酯（triptophenolide4），雷公藤内酯酮（triptonide5），山海棠二帖内酯（tripterfordin6），雷公藤内酯醇（triptolide7），30-羟栓酮（30-hydroxyfriedelan-3-one8），3β-0-乙酰基齐墩果酸（3β-aeetoxy-oleanolieacid9）。其中化合物8，9为首次从该植物中分得。

Nine compounds were isolated from Tr（ptergyium wilfordil Hook. f by means of three-liquid-phase extraction and column chromatography. On the basis of spectroscopic methods, their structures were determined as triptonoterpene （ 1 ）, triptonoterpcne methyl ester （2） ,β-sitostem]. （ 3 ）, tfiptophenolide （4）, triptonide （ 5 ）, tripterfordin （6）, triptolide （7） ,30-hydroxfriedelan-3-one （8） and 3/3-acetoxy-oleanolic acid （9）. Compounds 8 and 9 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
