罗汉果挥发性成分顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Volatile Compounds from Siraitia Grosvenorii Using Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction GC-MS

摘要 本研究采取顶空,固相微萃取.气质联用对罗汉果的挥发性成分进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,最佳的分析条件为:15mL萃取瓶中放置0.2g样品,在60℃条件下选择DVB/CAR/PDMS(50/30μm)萃取头萃取30min。本方法初步鉴定出35种化合物,占总峰面积的92.3%。经分析,主要的化合物包括2.丁烯酸丁酯(14.43%),2,4.壬二稀醛(15.49%两种),对丙烯基茴香N(5.40%),2-庚醇乙酸(5.00%)和糠醛(4.88%)。 A headspace solid-phase microextraction method coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS- SPME-GC-MS) was used for quality analysis of volatile compounds in Siraitia Grosvenorii. The satisfying SPME conditions were as follows :DVB/CAR/PDMS (50/30 μm) fiber,0.2 g sample, extraction temperature of 60℃ and extraction time of 30 min. As a restdt,35 compounds which accounting for 92.3% of total peak area were determined and identified. The main components of the volatile compounds were 2-butanoic acid, butyl Easter (14.43%) ;2.4-nonadienal ( 15.49% ) ;benzene,{-methoxy -4-11-prepenyl} (40%) ;2-heptanol acetate (5.00%) and furfural (4.88%).
