摘要
本文对生产中废弃的三七提取物进行体外抑菌药理活性筛选研究和成分分析。使用肉汤稀释法对六种常见致病菌进行体外抑菌药理活性筛选,该提取物对体外乙型链球菌、绿脓杆菌、金葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌浓度分别为0.24、0.98、7.81、31.25、31.25mg/mL和大于125.00mg/mL。用气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定出提取物中的25种成分,并使用面积归一法测定各成分相对含量。结果表明该三七提取物对体外乙型链球菌、绿脓杆菌和金葡萄球菌具有明显的体外抑菌效果,具体抑菌成分需进一步研究。
To screen bacteriostatic activity in Vitro of the extracts from Panax notoginseng and analyze its composition. The broth dilution method was chosen to study the extracts' bacteriostatic activity of six common bacterial pathogens in Vitro. And the minor inhibitory concentration (MIC) of P. notoginseng extracts was 0.24 mg/mL against Streptococcus beta aeruginosa ;0.98 mg/mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ; 7.81 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus ;31.25 mg/ mL against Dysentery bacterium;31.25 mg/mL against Typhoid bacillus and more than 125.00 mg/mL against Bacillus eoli. The chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS), and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. Twenty-five components of the P. notoginseng extracts were identified and determined by GC-MS. So we got the conclusion that the P. notoginseng extracts is a possible inhibitor against Streptococcus beta aeruginosa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro, and the resuits could be used for further study.
