摘要
通过考察5种常见清热解毒类中草药水提物,对2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2**)的清除能力,并运用紫外可见分光光度、化学发光和电子自旋共振检测方法,综合评价了样品的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,这5种中草药均具有较强的抗氧化能力,但同种中草药对不同自由基的清除能力存在差异,不同的检测方法之间亦有所区别。整体而言,抗氧化活性依次为:大黄〉黄芩〉荷叶〉白菊花〉野菊花。同时结果也反映出化学发光法较电子自旋共振技术在检测活性氧的清除能力上更加具有一致性。
In this paper, UV spectrophotometry, electron spin resonance and chemical luminescent methods were used to measure the antioxidant activities of five kinds of common heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicine. 2,2-di- phenyl-l-pieryl-hydrazyl radical (DPPH · ), hydroxyl radical ( · OH) and superoxide radical (O2**) were detected respectively in order to make a comprehensive evaluation. The results indicated that though all of the water extracted of the herbals has strong antioxidant activity, each herbal presents different scavenging abilities to different free radicals and the results show significant discrepancy with different methods. Overall, the antioxidative ability was as follow: Rhubarb 〉 Scutellaria 〉 Lotus 〉 White Chrysanthemum 〉 Floes Chrysanthemum. The data of the scavenging ability measured for the two oxygen free radicals by the chemical luminescence method has better correlation than electron paramagnetic resonance method.
