黄杞茎皮总黄酮降血糖实验研究

Hypoglycemic Effects of Total Flavone from Stem Bark of Engelhardia roxburghiana Wall.

从黄杞茎皮中分离得到两黄酮混合物（TFER），经波谱分析为阿福豆苷和槲皮苷。药理试验表明，TFER对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病模型小鼠有降血糖作用。

Two Flavone of Engelhardia roxburghiana （TFER） was isolated form the stem barks of Engelhardia roxburghiana Wallich. On the basis of chemical reaction and spectra data, they were identified as afzelln and quericitrin. The pharmacological experiment suggests that TFER has better hypoglycemie action on diabetic mice models induced by alloxan.
