摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定山竹果壳中a—Mangostin的含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-pH3.0磷酸水溶液(70:30);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长240nm;柱温25℃;进样20山。线性范围内0.02—0.10mg/mL(r=0.9998),加样平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为0.74%(n=6)。本方法准确度高、重现性好,操作快速简捷,可以作为山竹果壳中a—Mangostin含量的检测方法。
HPLC method was established for analyzing the content of a-mangostin in fruit hulls of C, arcinia mangostana L. ,The chromatographic conditions were determined as follows: column Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) ; mobile phase aeetonitrile-pH3.0 phosphate solution (70: 30) ;flow rate 1.0 mL/min ;detection wave-length 240 nm;col- umn temperature 25℃;injection volume 20μL. The method was liner within the range of 0.02 - 0.10 mg/min ( r = 0. 9998 ), and the average recovery was 98.25% , RSD of 0.74% ( n = 6 ). This method was accurate, precise, repeated and easy to operate. It could be used for analyzing content of a-mangostin in C-arcinia mangostana L..
