摘要
本文建立了薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定甘草酸铵在稀硫酸水溶液中水解所得甘草次酸含量的方法。使用硅胶G‰薄层板,甲苯:乙酸乙酯:甲酸(30:15:1)为展开剂,在紫外光灯(254nm)下定位,248nm波长处检测。结果表明甘草次酸点样量在4.90~24.50μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=28.258X+0.0285,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.296,RSD=1.87%,且样品在100min内稳定。本法能简便、快速的测定甘草次酸的含量,在稳定性良好的时间范围内精密度高、重现性好、操作成本低。
The method was established for the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in hydrolysis product gained reaction of monoammoniun glycrrhizinate in dilute sulphuric acid by TLC-UV. Using TLC plate, a mixture of methylbenzene : ethyl acetate : formic acid (30: 15:1 ) was used as developer,fix the position under the light of a UV lamp (254 nm) ,and detection wavelength was 248 nm. The results showed that linear range was 5-25 μg/L, regression equation: Y = 28. 258X + 0. 0285 ,r = 0.9995. The average recovery was 98.2% and RSD = 1.87%. And glycyrrhetinic acid in the sample solution was stable in 100 min. The method is simple and rapid for the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid with high precision,good repeatability,and low cost in the time of good stability.
