摘要
为比较金丝桃素在鄂西不同金丝桃属植物中的含量,采用HPLC法测定贯叶连翘、长萼小连翘、湖北小连翘、恩施小连翘、蜜腺小连翘、元宝草、小连翘、挺茎遍地金和地耳草等九种植物中金丝桃素的含量。色谱条件如下:Supelcosil ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:乙腈:水:0.3%磷酸=45:50:4.5:0.5(三乙胺调pH值至6.0),检测波长590nm,流速1mL/min,线性范围4.38~44.7μg/mL。结果显示其中8种植物中检测到含有金丝桃素,含量从0.019%到0.299%不等。就金丝桃素这一有效成分而言,长萼小连翘和湖北小连翘均可以考虑作为贯叶连翘的替代资源或金丝桃素的新优药用植物资源,具有潜在的新药研发价值。
The contents of Hypericin in Hypericum perforatum, H. erectum ssp. Longisepalum, H. hubeiense, H. enshiense, H. seniavinii,H, sampsonii,H, erectum,H, elodeoides and H. japonicum from west of Hubei province was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic condition was established as follows:Supelcosil ODS (4.6 mm ×250mm,5μm) column, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-acetonitrile-water-0.3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (45: 50: 4.5: 0. 5 ,adjust solution' s acidity to pH 6.0 with triethylamine) ,velocity of flow was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 590 nm, and the calibration curve was linear over the range of 4.38-44.7μg/mL. The results showed that hypericin was detected in 8 Hypericum species ,and the contents were from 0.019% to 0. 299%. H. erectum ssp. Longisepalum and H. hubeiense had the potential exploitation value,which could have been the alternative resources of H. perforatum or the new optimum plant resources of hypericin.
