摘要
龙血树叶片上经常出现红色物质,为了确定这些红色物质是否是血竭,从而寻找血竭新的来源,解决血竭资源日益紧张的问题。通过TLC分析,测定黄酮类成分,分析龙血素a和b的含量,以及测定抗菌、抗氧化活性以及在叶片上接种诱导真菌确定人工诱导叶片产脂效果。发现叶片上的红色物质无论在成分种类上,还是活性方面都和天然血竭很类似,但低极性成分偏少。结果表明:叶片上的红色物质是一种血竭类似物,真菌同样可以诱导树叶产生这种红色物质。
To ascertain whether rod spot in leaf on Dracaena cochinchinensis was Resina Draconis, and looking for new source of Resina Draconis to resolve the problem of ever-incroasing shortage of Resina Draconis, an analysis was done by TLC and determination of flavones substance. The contents of cochinchinenins a and b,the antimicrobial activity and ability of clearance of free base of this red substance were determined. And a Fusarium oxysporium strain was inoculated to make sure its induction effect. Red substance was similar to natural Resina Draconis in chemical profile and flavonoids components. However, there were not cochinchinenins a and b in this red spot. A Fusarium oxysporium strain could induce the formation of Resina Draconis. This red substance also showed similar activity to Resina Draconis. This red substance in leaf was a similar substance of Resina Draconis, but further study need to do for judging whether this substance can be as the substitution of Resina Draconis in clinical.
