摘要
为了经济有效地提取无患子皂苷,本实验采用分光光度计法测定无患子总皂苷含量,通过比较提取溶剂(水和乙醇),提取温度,料液比和物料打碎时间点,第一次浸泡时间,研究出无患子皂苷最佳提取工艺:55℃温度下用50%乙醇提取三次,料液比分别为1:5、1:3、1:1.5,提取时间分别为8、2h和1h,无患子总皂苷产率可以达到26.06%。粗提物纯度为36.31%。
To extract sapindus saponin economically and effectively,spectrophotometer was used to detect the content of sapindus-saponin in this study. Through comparing the parameters include extraction solvent ( water and ethanol), extraction temperature, sample/liquid ratio and material breaking time and the first soaking time, the optimum extraction conditions of sapindus-saponins were as follows:three times extraction with 50% ethanol under 55℃ sample/liquid ratio was 1: 5,1 : 3, and 1: 1.5, and 8 h, 2 h, and 1 h spent, respectively. Under this condition could reach the highest yield value of 26.06% of sapindus-saponin and 36.31% erode extraction purity.
