In the present review, the extracting, separating, purifieating, and its development, the contents differences of the triterpenes constituents from Ganoderma Lucidurn from the different eultivars, the different localities and different growth stage were summarized to provide reference and foundation for strain improvement of G. lucidum,metabolie regu- lation of the active components and the new drugs exploiting.
