W22区块油井管杆腐蚀偏磨治理技术 被引量:5

摘要 针对中原油田W22 区块油井管杆腐蚀偏磨,停产待检修井增多等问题,经过检修井起出的管杆检查和油井产出水水质监测分析,认识到油井管杆被腐蚀偏磨,一是产出水有盐酸溶液的强腐蚀性;二是井身倾斜,形成偏磨;三是缝隙腐蚀和冲蚀综合作用等。提出:①在油井注入缓蚀剂;②在抽油杆表面涂防腐涂料和使用高强度抽油杆;③安装稳定器和使用旋转井口装置;④变换抽油杆节箍位置。通过应用以上综合技术,使W22 区块油井检泵周期延长220 天,投入与产出比1∶4-88,创经济效益146-9 万元。 Through analysis of tubing corrosion and part wear for the oil wells in W22 blocks,some reasons caused tubing corrosion and part wear are obtained:①powerful corrosivity in produced water;②part wear due to wellbore deviation;③comprehensive action of crevice corrosion and washing etc..In this paper,some prevention measures are proposed,these are ①injection corrosion inhibitor in oil well;②smearing corrosion prevention material on sucker rod surface and using high strength sucker rod;③mounting stabilizer and using rotary wellhead equipment;④changing location of sucker-rod coupling.After application of these techniques,useful life of oil well checking pumps are extended 220 days in W22 blocks.Economic benefit is upto one million,four hundred and sixty-nine thousand yuan.
