黄酮类化合物抗肿瘤机理的研究进展

摘要 黄酮类化合物是很多中草药的主要有效成份。许多研究表明黄酮类化合物能显著的抑制肿瘤细胞的生长同时对正常细胞的细胞毒性却非常的小。黄酮类化合物通过两条途径发挥作用,阻断肿瘤细胞的增殖和(或)促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。黄酮类化合物是许多信号转导相关激酶或分子的抑制剂,通过抑制信号通路中关键分子的活性,进而影响许多对肿瘤细胞生存及增殖至关重要的信号通路。在这篇综述里我们总结了许多有关于黄酮类化合物抗肿瘤机制的研究,为将来的进一步研究做准备。 Flavanoids have been proposed as the main effective components of many Chinese herbal medicines. Studies demonstrated that flavanoids could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells while causing minimal cytotoxieity to normal cells. Flavanoids inhibited tumor growth in two ways : block tumor cell' s proliferation and/or promote its apoptosis. The central mechanism of the anti-tumor growth functions by flavanoids was that they were inhibitors to many kinases or molecules that were involved in signaling pathways, therefore flavanoids could inhibit signaling pathways that were critical to the survival and proliferation of tumor cells. In this review we summarized the findings about the antineoplastie effects of flavanoids in order to lay the foundation for future investigations.
