摘要
分别研究了铁板、铝板、钛板、镀钌钛板、镀二氧化铅钛板作为电极时PAM生产废水中氨氮的去除效果。结果表明,采用镀钌钛板电极比采用镀二氧化铅钛板电极具有更高的氨氮去除率;极板间距为0.5cm时的氨氮去除率略优于极板间距为1cm时的氨氮去除率;当放电时间超过6min时,氨氮去除率随时间的变化曲线趋于平缓;采用镀钌钛板电极时的能耗略高于采用镀二氧化铅钛板电极时的能耗。
Using iron, aluminum, titanium, plating ruthenium titanium and plating lead dioxide titanium as discharge electrode,the removal of ammonia-nitrogen from PAM wastewater were studied in the paper. Using plating ruthenium titanium as electrode, higher ammonia-nitrogen removal rate was achieved than using plating lead dioxide titanium as electrode. The ammonia-nitrogen removal rate with plate distance 0.5 cm was better than that with plate distance of 1 cm. The change of ammonia-nitrogen removal rate with time was little when the discharge time was more than 6 min. The energy consumption with plating ruthenium titanium as electrode was slightly higher than that with plating lead dioxide titanium as electrode.
