摘要
对青岛市4个典型城市污水厂脱水污泥中有机质、养分及重金属指标进行了调查研究,结果表明,所调查的青岛市4个典型城市污水厂污泥中的有机质平均含量为48.58%,总氮、总磷、总钾平均含量分别为36 437.76 mg/kg、12 590.13 mg/kg2、791.55 mg/kg;青岛市4个典型城市污水厂脱水污泥中的重金属含量与我国CJ/T 309-2009规定的B级污泥农用污染物的控制标准值相比结果如下:A厂Zn超标,B厂Cu和Ni超标,C、D两个厂无重金属超标情况。而与国外的污泥农用指标相比较,青岛市城市污水厂脱水污泥中不存在重金属超标现象;基于国内外污泥农用标准中对重金属限值的差异分析及青岛市的实际情况,提出了青岛市城市污水厂脱水污泥处置思路。
According to the investigation of organic matter,nutrient and heavy metals in the dewatered sludge of four typical urban sewage treatment plants of Qingdao,the results showed that the average content of organic matter was 48.58%,total nitrogen、phosphor and potassium were 36 437.76 mg/kg、12 590.13 mg/kg、2 791.55 mg/kg separately.Their heavy metals were compared with China standard CJ/T 309-2009,which set control standard values for the pollutants in agricultural sludge B,the results showed that Zn of A plant exceeds the standard,Cu,Ni of B plant exceed the standard,but the heavy metals were no exceeded the standard in C and D plants.And being compared with the foreign agricultural index,the sludge had almost no exceedance.The dewatered sludge of sewage treatment plants of Qingdao could be considered to be used as agricultural fertiliser based on differences within heavy metals limit in domestic and international agricultural sludge standards and in accord with the actual situation in Qingdao.
