摘要
以卫生纸厂和牛卡纸厂为研究对象,建立了梯级用水系统。研究了该系统的pH值、电导率、浊度、阳离子需求量及COD等过程参数对造纸机湿部的影响,探讨了梯级用水的可行性。结果表明:两纸厂之间的水系统可以共生代谢,实现了节水减排的目的。
A water stairs-using system between a tissue paper mill and a kraft paper mill was established.The influence of process parameters,including pH,conductivity,turbidity,cationic demand,and COD,on the wet end of the paper machines was studied.The feasibility of water stairs-using between the two mills was also discussed.The results show that water stairs-using system can be carried out between a tissue paper mill and a kraft paper mill to reduce the fresh water demand and wastewater discharge.
