Modeling and Solutions for Large-scale Fleet Planning Under Complicated Circumstances

摘要 以某大型航运企业船队为例进行实证分析,利用Benders分解算法对在多航线复杂情况下,由多种类型船舶构成的大规模船队规划问题进行求解,验证所提出的模型及算法对于大规模实际问题的应用效果.结果表明,该方法实现了多航线、多型船、大规模混合整数船队规划问题的优化求解,能够为大型航运企业进行船队规划决策提供支持. In order to facilitate the scientific planning and management of big shipping enterprises,large-scale fleet planning problem under complicated circumstances was studied.Based on many influencing factors such as the economic status of ships,the investment capacity of enterprise,new ship building,purchase or sale of second-hand ships and charter ships,a mixed integer programming model for fleet planning was established.A big shipping company is employed as an example to make an empirical analysis.The large-scale,multi-route,multi-ship fleet planning problem in complicated situations facing the copany is solved by use of Benders decomposition algorithm to test and verify the application of the proposed model and algorithm to large-scale practical problems.The outcome shows that the method is capable to solve the mixed integer programming problem of multi-route,multi-ship,large-scale fleet planning.Thus,it can be used to support the decision making for large shipping enterprises.
