摘要
针对集装箱在码头堆场分散堆放的情况和码头泊位装卸作业的状态要求,研究了以岸桥组合为作业单元的集卡作业路径优化问题.与传统的作业方式不同,综合考虑了集卡作业方式要求、集卡作业组数量、泊位作业岸桥安排、集装箱堆放地点数量及各地点堆放集装箱箱量情况,以及它们相互之间的关联和协调关系,设计了集装箱码头集卡作业组对于泊位多岸桥装卸混合交叉作业下的路径优化模型.通过算例对模型进行验证,该模型优化的作业安排能够有效提高集卡的利用效率和集装箱码头的生产作业效率.
Aiming at the disperse-stacking of containers in yards and the state of loading/unloading operations of each berth,by taking the quay crane-group as working unit,the optimization routing problem of trailers was studied.This study comprehensively considered the requirements of vehicle's operating modes、the number of operating-groups、the arrangements of quay cranes at berths、the number of yards and containers stacking in the yards,and furthermore the relationships between each other.Thus a route-optimizing model based on multi-cranes mixed cross-operating was fomulated.Numerical tests were provided to illustrate the model and the results show that the proposed model can increase the efficiency of trailer's utilization and productivity of the berths effectively.
