摘要
采用基于超效率分析的非参数评价方法避免传统分析方法在效率分析上的不足,同时解决了效率分析方法在方案排序上的难题.通过分析超效率模型的建模原理,给出模型的建模步骤;重点研究投入指标与产出指标间的内在联系,给出评价方案的效率排序、各方案的投入与产出指标的调整方向.对实际案例的定性分析,对比超效率模型的评价结论.研究表明该方法符合决策要求,模型可靠适用.
Results of traditional methods are lack of reliability including subjective factors.Simply synthetic index cannot measure the relation of input and output indexes and transformation ability of decision making units(DMU).This paper adopts super-efficiency analysis of data envelopment analysis(DEA) model which is based on explorative data analysis principle of driving of sample data to evaluate the planning project of rail network.The methods can avoid the traditional methods deficiency.Through principle analysis of the models,this paper gives the modeling procedure.Through studying on the relation between input and output indexes,this paper gives the urban rail network plan project taxis.Finally,the paper compared quantitative evaluation result to the qualitative analysis,it indicated that this method accords with the actual decision desire,and that the model is dependable and applicable.
