摘要
提出一种基于FEM的轻量化设计方法.该方法以力学计算结果为基础,以相关实验结果为参照,借助有限元分析的方法实现汽车结构件的轻量化.应用此方法对某轻型载货车驱动桥壳进行轻量化设计,使之在轻量化之后仍能达到相关标准要求.
A lightweight design method is presented,which depends on Finite Element Method(FEM).The goal of auto parts' lightweight design is realized based on results of mechanical calculation meanwhile combining experimental results with FEM.As an application of this method,a light truck's rear axle housing is re-designed and related standards are satisfied.This method is of important science value and guidance meaning in many engineering fields besides in auto industry at the basis of improvement as well as rational application.
