摘要
基于我国现阶段航运人才远远不能满足需求的现状,通过调查研究,构建航运人才胜任力模型,以此模型为基础,研究航运人才开发体系,针对易出现的问题提出建议。
In view of the fact that in the current stage the output of the shipping talents lags far behind the actual demand, the paper formulates the competency-based shipping talent developing model and constructs, on the basis of the model, a shipping talent developing system. Later suggetions for the often-seen problems are given.
