Analysis and Countermeasures of Development of International Logistics Service Industry in the Chinese Taiwan District

分析了台湾地区物流业和国际物流服务业的发展现状,通过对台湾地区部分物流企业的问卷调查,从企业和政府两个角度提出了具体的对策建议。对企业而言,应该向专业化、信息化转型,以提供独特的物流服务,并且通过行业战略联盟开拓国际物流服务市场。对政府而言,要明确国际物流产业政策,并考虑设立官方的国际物流营销机构。

The paper analyzes the status quo of the logistics industry and the international logistics service industry in the Chinese Taiwan district. Through surveying some logistics firms in the area using questionnaire, it provides specific countermeasures for the development of these firms from the perspectives of enterprise and government. For the logistics firms, it is advised that they should develop toward a more specialized and information-based mode, provide more distinctive and recognizable services and expand the international market through strategic alliance; for the government, it should finalize the policies concerning the international logistics industry and consider establishing the official international logistics marketing agency.
