基于需求链策略和顾客让渡价值相关理论,分析顾客让渡价值与需求链策略之间的关系,构建起顾客成本与需求链类型的匹配矩阵,为企业进行需求链策略选择提供依据。
Based on theories concerning demand chain strategy and customer delivered value, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two and formulates the match-making matrix for customer cost and types of demand chain.
