摘要 中小流域洪水预报技术是中小河流治理与山洪灾害防治的关键技术之一。以云南李仙江流域为研究对象,在流域暴雨洪水特性研究的基础上,研究提出了梯级水电站联合运行条件下的流域洪水预报系统,增长了洪水预报的预见期。系统自2007年建成运行后,实现了该流域梯级电站洪水预报与调度的联合运行,预报精度完全达到甲级标准,为梯级电站的科学调度提供了依据,并减轻了防洪风险。 The flood forecast is the key technology of the regulation and the control of mountain torrent for medium and small basins.Taking the Lixianjiang River Basin in Yunnan Province as an example,on the basis of studying the characteristics of rainstorm and flood,the flood forecast system under the united operation of cascade hydropower stations is put forward,which lengthens the forecast period.The system realized the united operation of flood forecast and dispatch of cascade hydropower stations since it's operation from 2007.The forecast precision reaches level A,which provides basis for scientific operation of cascade hydropower stations and reduces the flood control risk.
