摘要
核电厂1E级电缆作为核电厂安全系统在正常工况下和设计基准事件期间及随后的规定时间内执行安全功能所必需的重要设备,必须按照相关的标准制定鉴定大纲和程序,并进行质量鉴定,对1E级电缆的鉴定过程和鉴定文件进行审查是核安全设备审查的重要内容之一。对1E级电缆鉴定样本选择、电缆材料热寿命评定和加速热老化试验条件等三个问题进行了讨论,结合国内外1E级电缆鉴定实践结果,提出了审查者对这三个问题的一些看法和见解。
In nuclear power plant, class 1 E cable is a kind of important equipment which is necessary for safety sys- tems to perform their specified safety functions in normal condition, during and post design basis events. So the class 1E cable must be qualified according to the qualification plan and procedure which is in conformity with the require- ments in the relevant standards. The review for the class 1 E cable equipment qualification process and documents is an important aspect of nuclear safety equipment review. The qualified sample selection, thermal life evaluation of crit- ical materials and acceleration aging conditions are discussed. Considering the class 1 E cable qualification practices at home and abroad, reviewers propose some review points and technical positions related to the three mentioned is- sues.
