乳头状肾细胞癌并发透明细胞癌一例

摘要 肾细胞癌根据组织学类型可分为透明细胞癌、乳头状肾细胞癌(Ⅰ、Ⅱ型)、嫌色细胞癌、集合管癌等。一般以一种细胞类型的单个肿瘤存在,不同组织学类型的多个肿瘤在单侧肾脏同时发生临床少见,仅见小样本报道。2008年8月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院泌尿外科诊治1例左肾同发乳头状肾细胞癌及透明细胞癌患者,现报道如下。
