Headquarter economy is a new economic form. The economic effect of headquarters in central city is very obvious that through taxation contribution effect namely the enterprise income tax and individual income tax, it can bring huge tax returns for the region; expand region economy by industry multiplier effect, enhance the level of structure of the tertiary industry; stimulate demand through the leading role of consumption; and through the effect on employment, not only increase employment opportunities but improve the employment structure and increase employment of intelligence; finally by social capital effect, improve the regional image and the regional brand.
