摘要
随着世界军事变革的迅猛发展和我军现代化建设事业的日益深入,新的历史使命和职能任务对我军士官队伍的能力素质提出了新的更高要求。因此,不断创新士官人才培养模式,全面开展双证书制度教育,是培养以较强职业技能和职业素质为特征的高技能士官人才的重要保证。
Following the great development of global military change and deepening ot the construction of military modernization in China, the new commission and task ask higher abilities and qualities of petty officer team. Therefore, it is a very important guarantee for cultivating high-skilled petty officer to push double certificate system and develop new training mode.
