摘要
荀子援法入礼,礼法互补的思想在政治层面具有很强的可操作性,影响深远;本文通过分析荀子的"礼"与"礼治"思想的主要内涵,对荀子礼治观的历史意义与在现实中实现"创造性转化"的可行性问题作了简要的评议。
Xunzi＇s view of Rule of LI, which united LI and the law together, was maneuverable in political activity and of great influence in history. Analyzing the connotation of LI and, this paper evaluates the historical meaning of LI and its feasibility in our days.
