摘要
土壤元素含量对小麦品质有一定影响。利用2005~2006年河北省农业地质调查成果,深入分析了河北平原土壤元素含量与小麦品质的关系。结果表明,土壤元素含量对小麦品质有显著影响,其中,土壤Mg和Ca含量与小麦多个品质指标呈显著负相关,土壤中Mg和Ca含量高不利于小麦品质的提高;土壤中Se含量高有助于提高小麦品质。根据相关标准将小麦品质指标划分为3个级别,根据土壤元素含量与小麦品质指标的相关方程得到土壤元素含量临界值,并建立强筋优质小麦土壤元素含量比配模型。依据该比配模型,将河北平原区划分为强筋优质麦种植的优势区、适宜区和较适宜区,最终形成河北平原强筋优质小麦优化布局图。本研究结果对指导河北省优质强筋小麦生产布局具有一定的作用。
The wheat quality is relevant to the soil elements content.According to the agro-geological survey result of Hebei province from 2005 to 2006,their relationship was deeply analyzed.The results showed that the wheat quality was significantly influenced by the soil elements content,in which the contents of Mg and Ca were negatively correlated with the wheat quality improvement,while the content of Se was positively correlated with the wheat quality.3 degrees were set to evaluate the wheat quality,and the critical value of soil elements content was calculated by the equation with wheat quality standards.A match model of strong gluten wheat quality and soil elements content was established,by which Hebei plain was divided into 3 zones for the cultivation of strong gluten wheat:dominant zone,suitable zone and common zone.Strong gluten wheat dominant distribution map of Hebei plain was also established.
