河北省蔬菜产业发展的现状 问题及建议——基于对冀中南五县蔬菜生产的调研

Status,Problems and Suggestions on the Development of Hebei Vegetable Industry——A case of 5 counties in the middle and south of Hebei

为了利用信息化技术改造传统农业,推动河北省优势蔬菜产业的健康快速发展,2009年河北省农业技术推广总站开发并开通了河北蔬菜网远程视频咨询专家系统。该系统的应用,及时解决了广大菜农在蔬菜生产中遇到的各种问题,实现了农民增收和农村增效。为了进一步发挥该系统的作用,让河北蔬菜网的视频专家贴近生产、开阔眼界、启迪思路、对症下药,通过19位专家到河北省部分县域进行实地考察,针对目前菜农的实际问题,进行汇总,并加以分析,从宏观的角度提出蔬菜产业在发展过程中应改进的具体措施:提高政府重视程度,强化标准化蔬菜产业园区的建设,加强先进技术的推广,发展区域特色蔬菜,提高菜农种植水平,加大部门支持力度等。

The expert remote consulting system of Hebei Vegetable Network was developed by Hebei Agricultural Technology Extension Station in 2009,so as to tranforming traditional agriculture by informatization and promoting provincinal vegetable industry.Its application solved lots of problems encountered in vegetable production,and realized farmers＇ income.In order to promote the effect of this system,broaden the outlook and idea of agricultural experts,an investigation aiming at solving farmers actual problems was conducted in several counties of Hebei by 19 experts.6 concrete measures from macroscoptic view were developed：calling for the attention of government,strengthening the construction of standardization vegetable industry park,promoting the extension of advanced technology,developing characteristic vegetables,improving farmers planting techniques,and increasing the department support.
