大学生人文精神缺失分析及对策——兼谈专业教师在宣扬人文精神中的作用

Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students' Humanity Absence——Function of Professional Teachers in Humanity Cultivation

当今部分大学生没有明确的人生目标,活力下降,在进行价值判断时往往以功利化为准则,同时,在大学生中,实用主义泛滥,信仰出现危机,这些都是大学生出现人文精神缺失的重要原因。高校通过各种手段,力图进行有效的变革,以弥补这个缺失,取得了一些成效。专业教师具有与专职教育者不同的身份和优势,在专业教学中,主动融入人文教育元素,可以获得良好的效果。为此,专业教师在成为1个"博学者"的同时,也要力求成为1个"爱人者"。

Some college students are lack of vitality and life objective,and their valuating principles tend to be too materialistic.Meanwhile,pragmatism overwhelms among college students,belief crisis emerges,which could be regarded as the causes of the humanity absence.Several means were tried by universities and colleges to reverse this tendency and some positive results were gained.Professional teachers have their own advantages comparing to college moral consultants.Humanity element inserted in professional education,in most occasions,could show better effects than formal lectures and preaches.A professional teacher should not only be a teacher with rich knowledge but also a leader with humanity spirit.
