摘要
主要研究了星用固态脉冲功率放大器的热设计。以某卫星Ku波段功率放大器为例,介绍Ku波段功率放大器的热设计,并给出了仿真和验证试验结果。
This paper gives thermal design of solid state pulse power amplifier used for satellite. As an example, Ku-band power amplifier in a kind of satellite for example, we introduce thermal design of Ku-band power amplifier employed in a certain satellite and give the simulation and verification of test results.
