摘要
某油田向石化公司炼油厂提供原油采用大口径流量计计量,该流量计经过30多年的运转,故障不断发生。文章从故障现状调查,降低故障率的目标及可行性,故障产生的要因分析、确认与验证,控制故障率的对策及其实施效果等,论述了运用安全系统工程方法及技术革新来减少流量计的故障率,从而提高计量准确度的方法。采取措施后,流量计的故障率由原来的54.5%下降到了5.4%。
Crude oil to the Petrochemical Construction Co.provided by a certain oilfield is measured by large caliber flowmeters that have run for more than 30 years and have failures frequently.This paper discusses the methods of applying safety systematic engineering theory and technical innovation to reduce flowmeter failure rate and raise measurement accuracy,which includes the investigation of current failure status,the target and reliability of decreasing failure rate,the analysis,confirmation and validation of failure occurrence,the countermeasures of controlling failure rate and their implementation effects.After these methods were taken,the failure rate of flowmeters was reduced from original 54.5% to present 5.4%.
