摘要
中亚管道工程乌兹别克斯坦段的当地社会依托条件差,生产力水平低,产品极度匮乏,施工采办难度大。项目部以构建国内采购发运和本土国际化采购相结合的模式为切入点,在深入调研市场和比对分析的基础上,运用ABC物资分类法合理界定了各类物资的采购渠道,再通过强化供应商管理,组建了包括中、乌等国供应、外贸、清关、运输等商家在内的国际化内部物流网络,使项目的采购工作顺利进行。
Construction material procurement for Uzbekistan Section of Middle Asia Pipeline Project faced many problems such as poor social support condition,low productivity and extreme shortage of products.The project department took the combinative mode of domestic procurement and shipment in China and local internationalized procurement in Uzbekistan as a breakthrough point,made deep market investigation and comparison,and applied material categorical method to rationally define procurement channels of various materials.Furthermore,it strengthened management for suppliers,organized internationalized internal logistics network involving dealers of supply,foreign trade,customs clearance and transportation from China,Uzbekistan etc.The project procurement work went smoothly.
