基于环形光纤激光器的光反馈效应

摘要 对环形腔光纤激光器的光反馈效应进行了理论分析和实验观测,根据掺铒光纤的速率方程推导得出激光器腔内光反馈系统的输出变化,在数值模拟中建立模型进行了分析。实验观测结果显示环形腔光纤激光器光反馈系统的输出与传统的激光自混合干涉有着相同的相位灵敏度。由于该系统的光反馈是在激光腔内获得,激光器本身不仅作为了传感的光源,同时也成为了传感的敏感元件,从而为光纤激光器的有源传感提供了理论基础及实验技术。 Based on the structure of fiber linear lasers ,an optical feedback system of ring cavity laser is presented. The output expression of this system is deduced through velocity equation of erbium-doped optical, and the model is built to analyze the influence of the feedback to system. The results showed that the internal optical feedback effect in fiber ring laser is similar to self-mixing interference, and the former has the same phase sensitivity with the later. As the optical feedback effect is achieved inside the laser cavity, which is part of the fiber ring laser, making the laser not only a light source, but also a sensitive element and, building the theoretical foundation and experiment technology for fiber active sensing application.
