海洋动力环境实验模拟是海洋环境监测技术、海洋能开发技术研究的基础,其目的是为海洋仪器设备的研制与测试提供模拟的实验环境。实验模拟动力环境参数的确定是关键,根据海洋仪器设备(包含海洋监测仪器设备与海洋可再生能源开发利用设备等)的需求以及我国沿海实际风、浪、流的特征,确定了实验模拟的相关参数。
