摘要
为优化庐山楼梯草多糖的提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间以及液料比为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,采用中心组合设计的方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。利用响应面分析方法,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定庐山楼梯草多糖提取工艺的最佳条件为提取温度96℃、提取时间4.4 h、液料比42∶1(mL/g)、提取1次时,多糖提取率达到最大值。该条件下多糖提取率预测值为13.86%,验证值为14.06%。
To optimize extraction process of polysaccharides from Elatostema stewardii Merr.According to single-factor experiments,effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of water to material as well as their interactions on yield of the polysaccharides were studied by central composite design.The predictive polynomial quadratic equations model was developed by response surface analysis.The optimum extraction conditions of the polysaccharides from Elatostema stewardii Merr were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 96 ℃,extraction time 4.4 h and liquid/solid ratio 42∶1(mL/g),which led to estimated and observed values of maximal yield of polysaccharides of 13.86 % and 14.06 %,respectively.
