摘要
从黑龙江东部山区的柞栎木上分离纯化采集到61株黑木耳野生菌株,按照常规育种程序,对这些菌株的性状进行研究比较,结果表明:N56号菌株的纤维素酶活力为4 633 U/g,生物学效率为93.7,产量为(42±5)g/袋,菌丝生长速率为5.4 mm/d,其各方面性状皆优于对照菌株(当地普遍推广使用的)黑微29,可作为产业化开发的母种进行推广。
In this study,61 wild Auricularia auricula strains,isolated from quercus oka wood in east mountain area of Heilongjiang province,were sampled.Through conventional breeding procedure,the characteristics of these strains were made further comparison.Results showed that the cellulase activity,bio-efficiency,output and hypha growth speed of number N56 strain were 4 633 U/g,93.7,(42 ±5) g/bag,5.4 mm/d,respectively.It was also to say that all aspects of this stain were better than the controlled strain Heiwei 29(widely used in local area).In conclusion,number N56 strain could spread as stock strain in industrial production.
