／This paper introduces a＂ water system separation theory＂, electrical connector underwater wet -ma- te contact mate sealing configuration, makes a research on connector configuration based on this technology to trial - produce connectors meeting requirements of underwater wet - mate. This paper includes principle analysis, con- figuration design, interface detailed structure, insulation solution between pins at interface, underwater insulation function analysis, draining configuration, critical technology and summary.
