随着我国教育法制体系不断完善,教育法制的立法技术也取得长足的进步,但是整体来讲,教育法制立法技术存在诸多不足之处,这势必对我国教育法制实施产生不利影响,因此,探寻我国教育法制立法技术现状的成因及提高教育法制立法技术的对策显得尤为重要。

As the gradual completion of educational legislative system,the legislativetechnology has made great progress accordingly.But overall speaking,there are still many shortcomings in legislative technology.This will inevitably have a negative impact on implement of Chinese education law.Therefore it is particularly important to explore the reasons for the status quo of Chinese educational legislative technology and how to improve it.
