Strengthening of management of internet is an important guarantee of healthy development of youth and social stability.Researches in internet management in foreign countries started more early and with rich experience.We should learn the successful practices and experience of foreign countries to perfect internet-related laws and regulations,and strengthen the construction and management of internet,together with moral education to ensure a healthy environment for the youth.
