摘要
生存性是ATM 网络中亟待解决的问题.文中针对当前研究中已提出的ATM 网络生存性资源管理机制的不足,基于网络中各种服务不同的生存重要性,引入了故障恢复过程中的资源剥夺,并改进了预先的空闲容量规划,形成了新的生存性资源管理机制(记作CMGCSS).该机制的实施使得网络即使在空闲容量不足的情况下,也能够提供关键服务恢复所需的容量,结合优先级恢复机制,实现了充分的关键服务生存性保证机制.分析和模拟的结果表明该机制为关键服务的恢复提供了保证,有效地提高了整个网络的生存能力.
Survivability is an important issue in ATM. In this paper, to solve the shortcomings of current ATM capacity management for survivability, a new mechanism (named CMGCSS) is presented, which is based on survivability importance of various services, and is composed of capacity preemption during restoration and spare capacity placement in advance. CMGCSS can provide capacity for critical service restoration even when existing spare capacity is short, and when integrated with priority restoration, it can form the adequate guarantee mechanism of critical service survivability. The results of analysis and simulation show that CMGCSS can provide guarantee conditions for critical service restoration and enhance the survivability of the network.
