摘要
建筑的功能不同,其建筑负荷必然呈现不同的特性,从而影响着地源热泵系统的设计和运行。通过对上海地区的住宅、办公、商场、宾馆建筑进行负荷及地源热泵系统的模拟来分析建筑物功能的不同对地源热泵应用的影响。与地源热泵有重大联系的负荷的3个特性:负荷峰值特性、负荷累计特性、负荷持续特性。给出针对模型建筑,辅助冷源在地源热泵系统的累计冷负荷中所占的合适比例(夏季负荷系数),以供设计及管理人员参考。
Different building functions lead to different characters of building load, so the designing and operating of the ground source heat pump systems differ. This kind of influence is analyzed through simulation to the building load and heat pump systems of housing, office, shopping centre, and hotel in Shanghai. There are three important characters of building load influencing the heat pump system, peak value, cumulation, and continuance. It also supplies the right percent of assistant cooling source in the model building systems' total cooling load.
