摘要
带薪休假制度是国务院颁布的关于保护企业员工自身利益的一项利国利民的政策,对企业发展具有重要的作用。然而在实际执行中,存在着各式各样的问题。为进一步规范企业带薪休假制度,必须加强正面引导,形成良好氛围;强化基础工作,严格执行程序;完善配套办法,保障休假制度落实;加强监督检查,共同促进落实。
Paid vacation system is a policy that benefits the country and the people, promulgated by the State Council to protect the interests of employees, and has an important effect on the development of business. However, there are a variety of problems in actual implementation. In order to further standardize the system of paid leave, we need to strengthen the positive guidance, create a good atmosphere, strengthen the basic work, strictly implement the program, improve the supporting means, ensure the system to be put into effect, strengthen supervision and inspection and work together to promote implementation.
