摘要
通过理论分析了电机主要尺寸、功率与散热能力的关系,然后基于三者之间的关系提出了给定散热条件下电机设计的若干约束,最后以8极9槽永磁直流无刷电动机为例,通过ANSYS有限元软件对理论分析进行了验证,并给出了多种不同机座号电机在自然散热下所允许设计的最大功率损耗,对电机设计有一定的指导意义。
The relationships among motor main sizes, power and heat-sinking capability were analyzed by some theories, and some constraints of the motor design under the given heat sink condition based on the relationships among the three were proposed. An 8-pole,9-slot brushless DC motor was taken for instance, the theory analysis by ANSYS finite element software was verified, and the permitted maximum power loss of a few motors in natural cooling condition was given. This has some significance to motor design.
