摘要
将叠层非晶薄带整体切割后机械固定成形,再采用热处理的方法,将非晶合金带材制作成电机定子铁心,并与相同尺寸的层间粘接法制作的非晶合金铁心以及硅钢铁心进行磁性能对比。结果显示,机械固定法制备的非晶合金铁心具有较低的铁心损耗和较高的磁导率,并且励磁磁场强度在0~2 000 A/m范围内具有较高的磁通密度。
An amorphous alloy motor stator core was made of laminated amorphous ribbon by the process of cutting, mechanical fixing and annealing, and its magnetic properties were investigated. By comparing the soft magnetic performances of the amorphous alloy core and the amorphous alloy made with the method of bonding between layers and the silicon steel core, it was found that the amorphous alloy core had the lowest core loss, the highest permeability and the highest magnetic flux density when the excitation magnetic field strength was in the range of 0 -2 000 A/m.
