摘要
学生创新精神与实践能力的培养是生物工程专业人才培养中的一个难点,本文结合济宁学院生物工程专业学生实践教学的调查分析,从人才培养方案的修订,科技团队创建、实践教学基地的建设等环节进行了人才培养改革与探索.
The innovative spirit and practice ability is very difficulties in talent training of bioengineering. According to the practice teaching investigation and analysis of bioengineering＇ students from Jining University, the reforming and exploring were conducted from the revised talent cultivation plan, created science and technology team to construction of practical teaching station.
