城市与腹地是相互联系、相互影响和相互作用的.腹地理论自19世纪末提出以来,一直是区域经济学与城市地理学等领域关注的热点.本文首先系统回顾了国内外关于城市腹地研究的演化进程;然后,在对国内外城市腹地研究的比较和分析的基础上,归纳概括出城市腹地的主要界定方法;最后,对城市腹地研究进行了总结,从阶段、内容、方法和手段等方面提出了当前研究存在的一些不足,并分析、探讨了城市腹地研究的发展趋势.通过对城市腹地研究进展的回顾与发展趋势的展望,为城市腹地理论及其界定的机制、发展展现了明晰的演进脉络;也为合理地划分城市腹地,实现城市与腹地间的协同发展提供了科学借鉴和参考.

Urban and its hinterland are interrelated,influenced and interacted with each other.The theory of hinterland has been a focus for regional economics and urban geography since it was put forward in the end of 19th century.This paper firstly reviews the evolvement of the research on urban hinterland.Then it summarizes the main defining methods of urban hinterland based on the comparative analysis of the research.At last,it summarizes the theory of hinterland and puts forward some deficiencies from the perspective of periods,contents and methods.It also analyzes and discusses the development trend of urban hinterland and its measurement.It has been proved that the analysis of research progress and development trend of urban hinterland and its measurement can reveal the evolvement more distinctly,which provides a good reference for measuring urban hinterland and the cooperation between urban and hinterland.
