This paper introduces shipping and geographical position of Panama Canal, the requirements on draft and other dimension limitations, visibility and arrangements of the navigable vessels, as well as the expansion of the canal. Meanwhile, the regulation requirements are explained more clearly by solving the problems presented in the visibility plan drawing inspecting. The expatiation of the regulations can be reference for the design of panama vessels.
